"What can I say Michelle was my insurance gal for many years had to switch insurance carriers because of no fault of my own just bad luck and circumstance! Went with Farmers and I gotta say was satisfied for about the first six months. Not so much for the last few years in fact not at all decided to switch back or at least attempt to State Farm which was a no brainer. Gotta say it was really great choice just The level of service at this office compared to the office I was dealing with with farmers is much more professional and spot on. As I've always said, I'd rather have really really good insurance and never ever need it. But in my experience with farmers is their level of service is not comparable to what I've received from the State farm office that I'm dealing with there again this is just my personal opinion, but the State farm professionalism as opposed to the farmers is an A+ versus a D minus. Hope I never have to make any claims but if I do, I'm sure my experience will be a lot easier than it was with farmers!
There again this is just from personal experience when I was with State farm originally it just was a lot smoother making any type of claim than when I was with farmers. I don't know if it's a different corporate model or what but just farmers claims are ridiculously impossible to navigate through."

"This is to make a very large large recommendation on referring to Michelle Cannon who works within Colin's Frane's State Farm Insurance Agency on Marion Avenue within Oak Park, Illinois. I have used state farm in the past but to cover myself from a realistic liability standpoint, i needed to go back to State Farm from both a Personal and Business viewpoint. I have my own business plus i really will not choose to retire so i wanted policies that would fit both my family and my business for the Long Term. Michaelle helped me maneuver from my previous Car and Business Insurance, which i had to discontinue and fit safely into the ideal State Farm policies, and guess what, both my coverage is better plus my annual costs have lowered. In total I had to talk to her 3 (three) times to make sure all was set. In each case she was more than receptive but also knew quickly what I needed. I will be passing her name to other of my Oak Park friends."
